I called with a problem that I was having with my landscape lighting - I thought I needed a new transformer. Instead it was a simple fix that they walked me through on the phone. I was willing to pay for a service call - but I was told they would come out if the easy fix didn't work as they didn't want to have to charge me. Well the easy fix worked!!
